i am an animal and anthro artist and crafter of all sorts, and creating critters is my favorite!i go by clover & she/pup/it pronouns. i'm a 28 year old disabled critter who has been an animal, furry, & therian artist since 2011, not even counting a childhood long love for art and crafts of all kinds.I live with my partner Meerkat in a quiet little mountain town in massachusetts; I'm also a lifelong dog enthusiast, as well as a dog trainer with a specialty in service dogs since 2016.i find a lot of my inspiration for my artworks in the forests and mountains around me, the endearing animals i get to work with, my pets and all of their silly antics, and of course the amazing furry subculture & community that i have been a part of for over half of my life!i am a strong advocate for finding and nurturing local community and taking care of your native ecosystems! if i'm not inside crafting, i'm often out on hikes in the forest with my dogs and friends; foraging, fishing and bird-watching, or working out in the garden and orchard or doing something different to the yard.i work fulltime as an artist and i am so grateful that i get do do what i love, and i always try not to take that for granted. thank you for supporting me in what i do!!

the moment i saw therian masks, i was in love with the concept.i immediately thought of all the issues they alleviated of a typical fursuit...
heat intolerance, claustrophobia, vision/hearing limitations, breathing complications,
even bringing down the typically high price tag associated with fursuits to a cost that is achievable for more folks who want to participate in the costuming aspect of the furry subculture.I've loved animal costumes of all sorts for as long as i can remember, and i've pretty consistently made fursuits since i was a kid back in 2011; when i saw therian masks emerging, my mind was blown and i was totally enamored and excited with the possibilities!right from the beginning, there have been some key points i made sure to keep in mind during the design process, i want every masks to be...

✦ true to the original "therian mask" stylethis process lead me to create a custom mask base design, made of sewn & glued stiffened felt. the masks are worn via fully adjustable straps in the back, all of the edges are all cleanly finished, and some masks have additional features like wire pose-able or weighted floppy ears, magnetic extra parts like tongues and toys, expressive eyelids, extra long cheek fur tufts, horns, fangs, piercings and more!i take commissions for half masks on occasion, occationally have pre-made masks available on my etsy shop, and you can catch me in dealers dens at cons all over the USA!

I will not replicate another artist’s work; nor work directly off of another artist's pre-made mask design, unless it is explicitly stated by the artist that it is okay for you to commission me for a mask of the design. Once there are agreed upon commission terms I’ll send you additional information like fur & fabric colors, any additional product links, etc.Payment is via paypal invoice. I will check in with you to make sure all materials look good before I order them, and order swatches if needed. If requested, I will digitally draw-over your mask’s base with their pattern to give you an idea of what it will look like once furred. Once the digital mock-up is approved I will begin the furring process. I will send you pictures with mock-ups for things like ear, eye and nose shape and markings to be approved if necessary.
I will send your WIP pictures directly to you via email, ko-fi or bluesky. I will also post public WIPs online to bluesky, ko-fi, FurAffinity, etc. Any pictures/videos that I take of your mask or it’s parts may be used to show off my work, advertise for future commission openings, etc.
You may opt out of me posting your mask publicly or privately for +100% of your commission price.✦ TURN-AROUND TIME ✦1 month - 6 month typical estimated wait time for most projects. I do not take deadlines. I am disabled and struggle with repetitive strain injuries that flare up in my hands. I want to finish your commission and get your art to you just as much (if not more!) than you want to receive it; so I ask for patience and kindness if you choose to commission me.✦ EDITS ✦Minor fixes/edits before shipping are free of charge, as long as no additional materials need to be ordered. If new materials must be ordered, the client must pay at-cost for the new materials to be ordered and shipped.
Edits needed due to character mis-match or similar issues after the mask has been shipped are welcome for free/at-cost for materials and shipping for the first year. Repairs or edits due to construction flaws are welcome for free for the first year, this includes fit/sizing fixes.
Mask must be machine washed and fully dried before being mailed back. Client is responsible for all shipping costs, to and from.✦ SHIPPING ✦Shipping is $15 unless otherwise specified for all masks within the USA, shipped via USPS priority mail in a bubble mailer.✦ REFUND TERMS ✦I reserve the right to cancel a commission and fully refund a client at any time for any reason. I will either sketch up a quick rough draft or some simple thumbnails depending on the scale of what you're looking at commissioning. I will send you the work in progress (WIP) sketch and/or thumbnails for approval. Once approved, I'll begin coloring & finishing the commission! I'll send as many or as few WIP's as you'd like (within reason), and you get up to 4 free edit opportunities per your request, at any time during the commission process. hi, i'm clover of cloverwoof!i'm a critter crafting artist whose especially known for creating fursuit styled half masks (also known as therian masks) that i call "crittermorph masks". I also make fursuits & parts like tails and paws and OOAK sewn furry home accessories/decor.my main focus is on my crittermorph masks, as it has been expressed to me that they are very favored by people who can't wear/attain a fursuit but want to participate in the costume aspect of the furry subculture.i make my masks with the wearer in mind; those who are claustrophobic, with limited vision/hearing, heat intolerant, limited on space, or budget- i make my masks to be high quality, lasting, and most importantly, accessible. i am newer to con vending, with experience of vending at furcons and craft fairs under my belt now.i have a happy-yappy personality, a love for my craft and a desire to share it with others. i love talking to folks about their fursuits and costumes, and i'm always happy to answer questions and share information & DIY tips with new crafters and seasoned makers alike. i want to see our amazing subculture continue to thrive!the masks/fursuits that will be available at the time of the con will differ; i usually intend to bring 1-2 finished partial fursuits, 10-20 half masks (some of which will have matching tails/paw sets), DIY half mask bases/kits, plush props of various sizes, and other misc. crafts in the "home decor/accessory" category, like my "flat friends plush pelts" faux taxidermy, collars, fursuit props and other sewn goods.some product example photos are included on this page, and more can be found by clicking back to the home page with the button in the upper left corner.
